Refund policy

At SundaySale.pk your satisfaction matters. Because our deals are weekly flash sales, please read this policy carefully.

Returns: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery at sundaysale.pk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

Refunds: Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, so approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges: Exchanges depend on stock. Flash-sale items often sell out, so if a replacement is unavailable we will refund you instead.

Return shipping: We pay return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items. For other approved returns, the courier fee is deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable: Items damaged by misuse, items without original packaging, and items reported after 7 days of delivery.
